Amore.Kiss.Tibi. offers Hungarian shipping with Foxpost. The shipping cost is 4 EUR.
Amore.Kiss.Tibi. offers international shipping with Fedex. The shipping cost is 20 EUR.
Orders received by 2pm on business days Monday through Friday (not including holidays) start processing the same day. Orders received after 2pm on a business day are processed the next following business day. Orders are ready to ship within one to eight days of processing orders and payment is completed. Shipping time is additional to the order processing time. Weekends and holidays are not included in transit time.
Once the order is delivered to the destination, the customer is responsible for the merchandise. The receiver is responsible for additional taxes and duties. If the receiver refuses the Fedex or Foxpost shipment of the order, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges, including the cost to return the package to Amore.Kiss.Tibi. Returns.
RETURNS
Clothing and accessory returns must be received in perfect condition within 14 days of receiving your order. All full-price items must be new, unworn, and have tags to receive a full refund. Damaged, soiled, or altered clothing will not be accepted at our discretion and sent back to the customer.
Your refund will be issued within one week of receiving items on the same method of payment used to purchase your order. The time for your refund to appear on your credit card depends on your issuer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable): 1. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
2. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after receiving the item
Amore.Kiss.Tibi. does not refund international duties and taxes.
We do not accept returns after 14 days of receiving your order.
Amore.Kiss.Tibi. does not perform exchanges.
All sale items are final sale and not refundable.
How to make your return
To process your return within 14 days of receiving your order, please use your customer order number to reference your return.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Shipping with tracking and insurance is recommended for safer delivery for your return.
Return packages must be postmarked within 14 days of receiving order.
We are not liable for any lost, delayed, or damaged returns during transit for your return.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
